2. How We Use Your Information & AI Processing
We use your information to operate the Service, process payments, and improve AI performance.
AI Processing: Voice data is processed by third-party AI providers (such as Large Language Model providers) to generate real-time responses. We utilize enterprise-grade configurations where available to minimize data retention and ensure your proprietary data is not used for model training without consent.
Data Exclusion (No Medical/Legal): As per our Terms of Service, we do not knowingly collect or process Protected Health Information (PHI) or Attorney-Client Privileged communications. Do not use this Service for such data.
Service Improvement: We may use de-identified or aggregated data to analyze service performance and improve our algorithms.
3. Data Sharing & Subprocessors
We share data with trusted third-party service providers solely to deliver the Service:
- Telephony Providers: To connect and route calls.
- AI Providers: To transcribe audio/text and generate responses.

4. International Data Transfers (US & Canada)
Vircept operates globally. Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. Specifically, data is processed in the United States. By using the Service, Canadian (PIPEDA) and International users consent to this transfer and processing in the US.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information from our active databases, subject to legitimate business or legal retention requirements (e.g., tax records).
