By accessing and using Vircept's AI Voice Assistant service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Vircept provides an AI-powered voice assistant service that handles incoming phone calls, captures leads, and automates customer interactions. The Service includes call routing, voice processing, conversation management, and analytics features.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You may not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vircept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including account information, business details, and service configuration. We also collect call data, conversation recordings, and usage analytics necessary to provide our Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our Service, process transactions, provide customer support, and send service-related communications. We use call data to train and improve our AI models while maintaining strict confidentiality.

3. Data Security and Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit. Call recordings and conversation data are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized personnel for service improvement purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy or as required by law. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information for research and analytics purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call recordings are retained according to your subscription plan and may be deleted after a specified retention period.

Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.

2. Usage-Based Charges

Usage-based charges (such as overage minutes) are non-refundable as these represent actual service consumption. However, we may consider refunds for technical issues that prevented proper service delivery.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Service Interruptions

In case of extended service outages or technical issues that significantly impact service delivery, we may provide service credits or pro-rated refunds at our discretion.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months unless covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
